Pottery Plaster is used to produce working moulds for the slip casting of sanitaryware, tableware or refractory castings. It can also be used for the production of working moulds for jiggering in Tableware.
Keramicast is a formulated hemihydrate plaster (CaSO4.1/2H2O) produced from naturally occurring high purity gypsum mineral. It is off-white in colour. It is also traditionally used in ceramics for the production of working moulds for both jiggering and slip casting.
Ultramix is a very high strength formulated plaster used to produce block and case moulds for the manufacturing of Tableware, where a very high level of detail reproduction is required.
Crystacal R is a formulated hemihydrate plaster (CaSO4.1/2H2O) produced from naturally occurring high purity gypsum mineral. It is off-white in colour. This product is used to make hard casts with fine reproduction of detail. It is used in the manufacture of glass reinforced gypsum structures, decorative plasterwork, giftware and dental models.
HP2 Plaster is a formulated plaster used to produce working moulds for the slip casting of tableware and sanitary ware.
Newcast 96 is a formulated hemihydrate plaster used in the ceramic industry to produce working moulds for the slip casting of tableware and sanitary ware when an excellent surface aspect and a consistent mould life are needed. It can also be used to produce working moulds for jiggering in tableware.
Newcast 71 is a formulated hemihydrate plaster used in the ceramic industry to produce working moulds for the slip casting of tableware and sanitary ware when an excellent surface aspect and a good absorption capability are needed. It can also be used to produce working moulds for jiggering in tableware.
Fine Casting Plaster is an unformulated hemihydrate plaster (CaSO4.1/2H2O) produced from naturally occurring high purity gypsum mineral is off-white in colour. It is used for the production of decorative fibrous plasterwork and in general casting applications. It can also be used as a filler or additive within proprietary formulations.
Dental Plaster is a formulated hemihydrate plaster (CaSO4.1/2 H2O) produced from naturally occurring gypsum mineral. It is off-white in colour. It is used in dentistry during the flasking operation in the production of dentures. It can be mixed with dental stone plasters (Dentstone KD) for the production of model bases and also models for bleaching trays and working models for dentures.
Dentstone KD is a formulated hemihydrate plaster (CaSO4.1/2 H2O) produced from naturally occurring gypsum mineral. It is buff tinted in colour. It is used primarily in the dental industry for prosthetics, orthodontics, crown and bridge work, producing a very detailed, extra hard model.
