Colour Matching:

All of our standard ceramic, jewellery enamel and glass colours can be matched to your specific requirements. Whilst minimum order quantities will apply, depending on the product and form (powder, crystal, slop etc.), we can produce relatively small batch quantities.

Products can be delivered in powder, crystal, slop or in a medium as required.

Frit Production:

Our frit production facility offers an ideal solution for your small quantity specialist frit or test batch. Our gas kilns can operate up to 1300°C and offers accurate temperature measurement.

Each kiln can produce up to 100Kg per day depending on melting times.

Glaze Production:

Our glaze production facility offers various solutions in relatively small volumes. Glaze can be processed in the following batch sizes:

  • Dry process 10Kg – 40Kg
  • Wet process Ball Mill 40Kg power mix 5Ltr
  • Drying 10Kg – 250Kg
  • Sieving as required

Milton Bridge offers a comprehensive glaze solution and colour matching service. Our aim is to create solutions for companies who are looking for bespoke glaze requirements or looking to match a glaze or colour.

Special Effects

With over 30 years expertise in glaze chemistry, we have created solutions for various projects from exceptionally durable sanitaryware and tile glazes to matching individual decoration colour requirements.

Red/ Brown

Supported by our use of high-quality, industry standard materials we can adapt glazes to suit different application techniques, glaze finish (Matt, Semi-Matt, Glossy), functionality, firing temperature and to fit any substrate or body type.

Yellow

We can meet your demands, by offering a fully supported, quality tested service. With the flexibility to meet the tightest deadlines we are also able to liaise directly with all aspects of your project team, from production to design depending on your requirements.

Green

Our facilities allow us to wet process as little as 25kgs, but we typically manufacture in batch sizes between 25kgs and 250kgs. Our decoration colours and stain matching service can accommodate matching as little as 1kg.
