Steve Smith, Managing Director at Oak Ceramics Ltd: "We approached Milton Bridge because we fall between the two categories of customer. We are not big enough to order 200 kilo lots but are bigger than a craft type potter. From our first meeting and discussions we have been treated as a valued customer and time has been spent looking after our needs. Having confidence in your supplier, with firm dates of delivery is so important when dealing with our clients. We now have this confidence to push for more work knowing our materials will arrive when needed. The biggest positive from Milton Bridge is the fact they value us as a customer and go out of their way to be helpful. A BIG thanks to all the team for your support and service".
